Notice of Handicap Score Posting Review #2
Intersectionals Participants
Registration for the 2024 Men’s Intersectionals closes June 29 and has already closed for Women’s Intersectionals.
The Handicap Score Posting Review for all players who have registered their interest for these competitions commences Sunday June 30th. The Review will target all scores posted vs. games played at our Club between Opening Day April 22, and Saturday June 29. Please ensure your score posting records are up to date and that all scores from all games that produce valid scores have been entered into the Golf Canada Score Centre. Games posted after June 29 -even if played prior to June 29 - will not be included in the Review data.
Players who do not meet the 80% threshold of games posted vs. game played during this time period – or who cannot provide details in a timely manner on dates and games that did not produce valid scores – will not be eligible to participate in the Intersectionals events (including the Men’s Qualifier.) This provides a fair and equitable playing field for everyone. There will be no exceptions.
Players who do not meet the 80% threshold will be advised via email by Monday July 8. Players may respond no later than noon on Wednesday July 10 and supply additional details on their score posting history. The Rules & Handicap Committee will supply the Men’s and Women’s Intersectionals Captain with the final list of eligible players by July 11.

Continued Review
As per District requirements, the Men’s and Women’s Intersectionals Captains are required to certify the handicaps of team players prior to all Intersectional competitions. To ensure correct information is available, continued score posting records will be reviewed and valid handicaps verified for all players prior to each event. To ensure your record is up to date and to confirm eligibility, please continue to post all games from all rounds that produce valid scores.
