Please complete the form below and submit with payment for your 2021 Play Fore Free Program New Membership. The online membership process is not complete until full payment is received.

If you do not wish to complete your 2021 Play For Free Program New Membership using this online form with the online payment option, please CLICK HERE to download and print the 2021 Play Fore Free New Membership form. Once completed please mail with payment to Picton Golf & Country Club, Box 6170 Picton ON K0K 2T0, or take in person to the Pro Shop.

Playing Privileges for the balance of the 2021 Season commence once full payment and completed form are received.

Full payment of the current 2021 membership fees, including the $100 Debenture fee (mandatory for all Adult members and recommended for Intermediate and Young Adult members) are due upon signing. Monthly payment plans are not eligible. No additional membership fees will be charged for the 2022 season, even if there is an increase. Additional options (including cart leases, club storage, locker rentals and electric cart charging) will be charged at the applicable 2022 rates and will be due and payable by April 1, 2022.

Ownership of a Class "B" Debenture gives full voting privileges in the Corporation is mandatory for all Adult Members and is a one-time purchase.
